Body Ballet is a total body workout, with a focus on a medium impact strengthening, endurance and toning exercises with some stretches. We are going to shape our bodies using classical ballet techniques.
Body Ballet exercises are done into dynamic and slow music as well. We are using interval type of training so you get a good fitness workout. Body Ballet will help you get a better condition and coordination, make you more graceful and get you into a correct, straightened posture.
If you have problem with remembering choreography – no worries! This classes are based on repetition of exercises. Each exercise will be carefully explained to help you understand your body even better.
Body Ballet exercises are mostly done standing up, with the support of a barre, chairs or just the wall.
Body Ballet is suitable for everyone regardless of age, figure and skills.
