Dance aerobic is a whole-body workout, it makes you stronger, and it can help with balance and coordination. A 50-minute dance aerobic class burns between 350 and 500 calories.
It’s a movement and not choreography based training, so no worries if you have problems with remembering sequences, as we will keep it simple.
