Power Pilates is like normal Pilates but faster and requires more strength. This class emphasizes use of the abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and thighs. We also train legs. It’s a medium impact lesson.

In our Power Pilates lessons you will find precision and focus of a traditional Pilates session with the dynamic energy of a high intensity workout.
Instead of repetition of the same exercises we work on a flow motion, by building a sequences of movements.
Exercises are done mostly on the ground level.
To make classes more attractive we use attributes like elastic bands, foam rollers and several sizes balls.
Pilates is for everybody – regardless of age, gender, skills, condition.
Pilates is recommended as a training for pregnant women and persons after injuries as a method to come back to shape.
