Are you pregnant and you want to keep as fit and healthy as possible? We will come to your own house to give these personal and private classes.
Learn how to tone and strengthen your body as it goes through the remarkable changes of pregnancy!
You’ll be able to continue training during your entire pregnancy, as well as post-pregnancy by following tailor-made exercises with safe modifications for all three trimesters.
We will focus on your breathing techniques, on reliving your back pain, pelvic functions, anatomical changes during pregnancy and after, correct sitting and standing posture and improving balance.
Our training will help to prepare your body, mind and emotional system to approach delivery in a more aware and confident way.
Postnatal training will help you re-build and restore you body once baby arrives. What more you can train together with your baby building magical connection in between you two.
As it’s a private sessions we will focus on your individual needs and wishes.
For 4 private classes of 1,5* hours you pay ONLY 320** euro.
The price includes:
- 6 hours of personal training;
- travel to and from your house;
- usage of fitness equipment
*1,5h is a total time of an appointment and it includes preparation for the training and explanation how to execute exercises in the correct way.
** If you rather train in one of our studio, we can set an appointment at Studio Akasha, Bilderdijkstraat 78 or Studio Wittevrouwen, Bouwstraat 45G for an additional fee of 25 euro per session.
